Psychological Education - Develops knowledge about specific problems and treatments.  Allows people to learn new ideas and techniques to help them understand and control thoughts and behaviours.

Social Skills - :Allows the person to learn and enhance skills which can lead to an improvement in communication.

Cognitive Change - Encourages individuals to learn how to modify or restructure unhelpful thinking or overthinking.
